Creating a Will

Everyone should have a Will in place to ensure any assets are distributed the way you want and to protect your loved ones from any potential legal or financial difficulties.

Your Will should be reviewed when you go through big life changes such as purchasing property, getting married, separated or starting a family.

The cost for a straight-forward Will costs between $395 and $595 for an individual or $650 and $850 for a couple with straight-forward mirror Wills. (Please note additional charges may apply for more complex Will instructions or if a Will is required urgently. If this is the case, we will outline these to you, so you can decide whether to proceed or not).

This form is designed to give us enough information to send you a draft Will. It does not matter if you cannot complete all the boxes or your instructions do not fit into this format, as this is a starting point only.

If you have a child or children under 18 years of age, you will need to appoint a Testamentary Guardian. Please provide their full name and relationship to you
