Debra Barron - Principal

Debra Barron is a qualified Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand and was admitted in 2006. She is Principal of ClearStone Legal and primarily works in the following areas:

  • Residential Property

  • Estate Planning

  • Trusts

  • Relationship Property and Separation

  • Commercial Property and Leases

  • Disputes

Debra enjoys working with a wide variety of clients and whatever it is that they are dealing with in their life – a sale/purchase of land or business, a hardship or a transaction which is emotionally difficult. Where ever possible Debra will try and present more than one option.

Debra’s other qualifications include a Bachelor of Social Science and she is a qualified Legal Executive. A Te Atatū local, Debra relishes spending time with her young family and is a keen gardener.

Elyse Crowther - Registered Legal Executive

Elyse Crowther is an experienced Legal Executive having spent her entire career in the legal profession working in both Commercial and Residential law.  She is a qualified and registered Legal Executive and has also completed a Diploma in Conveyancing.  She divides her time between both our Kumeu and Te Atatū offices and assists clients primarily in the following areas:

  • Residential conveyancing

  • Refinancing

  • Subdivisions

  • Estate planning

 Outside of work, Elyse is a Mum to two energetic boys and enjoys spending time with her friends and family.

Tina White - Registered Legal Executive

Tina White has over 10 years’ experience in Legal Executive and secretarial roles and is passionate about conveyancing. She is based at the Kumeu office and primarily works in the following areas:

  • Residential conveyancing

  • Refinancing

  • Subdivisions

As a Kumeu local, Tina can often be spotted out cycling with her husband and three children or training for multi-disciplinary sports events.


Yolandie Rivas - Legal Executive / Trust Accountant

Yolandie Rivas was a practising lawyer, conveyancer and notary in South Africa until she immigrated to New Zealand in 2018. Yolandie has over 20 years’ experience in law and as well as looking after our clients she also ensures we meet our trust accounting obligations. She is the firm’s expert in Estate Administration, supporting the team and gently guiding our clients through the process. Based at our Te Atatū office she also specialises in the following areas:

  • Residential conveyancing

  • Refinancing

  • Estate planning

  • Occupation Licences - Retirement Villages

Yolandie is a West Auckland local and mum to two teenagers. In her downtime, she enjoys planning trips and exploring Aotearoa New Zealand and painting.


Sacha Easton - Legal Secretary

Sacha Easton has over 20 years of experience in administrative and legal secretarial roles, primarily in property, commercial, family and trust management.  In addition, she is a qualified Legal Executive.  Based at our Te Atatū office, she provides expert secretarial and executive support to the team.  Outside of work, Sacha is first and foremost a mum to two rambunctious boys who keep her on her toes.  Having recently got her motorcycle licence, you may spot her in the weekend enjoying a ride on a sunny day.


Sheree Porter - Legal Secretary

Sheree Porter is a highly experienced legal secretary who has worked for large law firms both in New Zealand and during her OE in London.  She works to support the team primarily in conveyancing and estate planning from our Kumeu office.  Sheree is a devoted mum to three gorgeous girls and in between working and raising her family, fills her time with jogging and baking.


Sharon Patten - Office Manager

Sharon Patten has over 25 years’ experience in office and facilities management across a range of different industries, including manufacturing, healthcare, FMCG, tourism, education and in both the private and public sectors.  She uses this extensive knowledge to improve processes behind the scenes that support the team to engage more efficiently with our clients.  With her bright and bubbly personality, she is often the first person clients will speak to on the phone, or see if they are coming into our Te Atatū office.  Outside of work, she is a mum to two teenagers and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
